AgriKey Holistic Farms is focused on the development of Agri-entrepreneurs to facilitate sustainable socio-economic development within communities. AgriKey developed its Agricultural Centre of Excellence (CoE) blueprint which provides integrated Education, Entrepreneurship and Value Chain Development within a holistic business system through which Agri-entrepreneurs can be identified, developed, and supported to become sustainable active economic participants.
Our Company
Agrikey is dedicated to health and nutrition and therefore focusses on fruit and vegetable production as well as protein production such as fish and poultry. In all of these production sectors, great strides have been made in the application of technology which not only increases production outcomes and quality but manages use of resources such as energy and water while mitigating risks such as pests and pest control, extreme weather and drought.

AgriKey has a combined history of more than 50 years experience within the Agriculture-production, processing and market, agriculture support services sectors.

AgriKey has a clear purpose which comes down to 5 Socio-economic Development Goals.

Firstly, we're committed to developing the skills and qualifications of our local community members by offering programs from school level, graduate diplomas, and international certification.

Food security is another strategic goal. We strive to produce food for both the local community and for "export" as specialty goods, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious and delicious food.

When it comes to food and health products, we're passionate about ensuring that they're locally processed, packaged, and distributed. This not only helps to create more job opportunities, but further supports the local economy and helps to reduce our carbon footprint.

Integrated Development
Our integrated academic development path is designed to give students the best possible start in life. We use various international best practice methodologies to support students at every stage of their development, from Early Childhood Development (ECD) support initiatives for ages 3 to 5, integrated Multi-Certification curriculums for secondary school pupils, to agri-entrepreneur development and support programs. These programs provide early exposure to commercial business sectors and career paths, helping to prepare each individual for the future.
With over 80 years of combined experience within the education sector, our Academy provides a global service that ranges from pre-school initiatives to university degrees and student support.
Environment & Sustainability
AgriKey Holistic Farms specialises in controlled environment agriculture solutions and technology to ensure high-quality produce with high yields throughout the year. We use various agri-tech solutions depending on the produce and environmental requirements, including Aeroponics, NFT, Hydroponics, and Aquaponics within controlled environments.
The AgriKey solution has a strong focus on self-sufficiency and sustainability on all levels of operation, and this includes energy solutions. To achieve this, AgriKey utilises best-of-industry energy solutions, including solar photovoltaic energy generation, wind turbine energy generation, hydrodynamic energy generation, green hydrogen generation, and waste-to-energy generators. We also diversifies our energy storage solutions to ensure sustainability with minimum environmental impact. AgriKey utilises automated load management and monitoring solutions for energy management and distribution.
The energy requirements of AgriKey installations and operations are lower than what is generated on a daily basis. Additional energy may be utilised in other areas that the owner or community may require such as Green Hydrogen production.
AgriKey implements rainwater catchment as well as greywater and septic water sanitation solutions to lower the impact that our solutions have on existing water supply and infrastructure. The typical AgriKey implementation is self-sufficient in both agri-water and energy requirements.
